He's the real deal, a genuine, honest to goodness human being. I also highly recommend Phil the salesman. If his two other locations are anything like this one, you won't go wrong at any of them. I highly recommend Lou Dominion's Deals On Wheels Benton Harbor location. I wasn't expecting to actually buy a car there, let alone finance one, but I did and my wife is thrilled with her new Jeep. I bought a three-year-old Jeep at a good price with a good interest rate. Maybe she was persuading me to stay and buy a car? I felt a bond with Mitzy, the dog who kept trying to untie my shoes. These guys were all top notch individuals who I could hang out with all day every day. There was no haggling, no debating, no arguing, no lying, no cheating, no stealing-all things you can expect at some dealers. I didn't realize the dealership was there (not from the area originally) and I turned around to see what they had. And driving that many miles each day on average says a lot for the Chevy Trax. The better mileage and cost of gas my company pays for so now I am receiving 70 % more to put in my pocket with the money I am saving. I use it driving about 450 miles per day I can choose any vehicle I want but than the cost per mile goes up I have had larger more expensive cars in the past but I finally found a good little car I can travel in for my job.

The drivers seat is pretty comfortable- it’s rear mirrors are in a good location- it AC and heater work great - I have yet to have any issues with 11,000 miles on it. It’s a peppy little car but I still get 38mpg on the highway and 29 mph around town.
Thankfully I purchased the all wheel drive offered as an option this little car was dragging its under side while going through 7 inches of snow. Two days ofter I was home I purchased one and headed out of town during a Michigan winter storm. I rented a Trax while out of state and loved it.I used it for 4 days and 1,200 miles later I decided once home I was going to purchase one. All in all our experience with the folks at C. We picked up our like new 2019 Terrain SLT Thursday afternoon and are extremely happy with our purchase.
By Monday morning Chuck had already had the first vehicle there at the dealer, but was able to get us the best choice vehicle and close the deal with help from Chris and Matt.

Low and behold, Saturday a perfect vehicle was located right color, right level of trim, right power train, plus a few more desirable options. Later, as we got closer to deciding what year and type of vehicle we were looking for Chuck found us one very close to what we wanted a week ago Friday. Matt then had us test drive the used 2017 Terrain and a new one so we could see the difference in the two styles of Terrain. Jason showed us two used vehicles that were in our range and explained their options and price. Working with Jason when Matt was not available, got the process started. We went looking for a second vehicle for my wife, and kind of had the GMC Terrain in mind.
